Eligibility for Return:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Personalized or discounted items are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchange requests must be emailed to info@rabluxe.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
